At our 2025 Spring Flower Show, we will welcome you to our interactive space for all the family where you can sow seeds, ask gardening questions and learn all about growing your own delicious, nutritious fruit and veg from Amelia Lake who runs The Real Food Garden in Bodmin.

Amelia will showcase sustainable gardening practices and help us all feel healthier for being closer to nature.
