This workshop, based in the Sawpit Studio at Heligan, will be run by Laura Silburn and is an introduction to the world of botanical drawing.

Laura is a 3 x RHS Gold Medal winner; teaches botanical art courses in this country as well as overseas; and is a book illustrator. She is a Fellow of the Eden Project Florilegium Society.

We will be introduced to some of the concepts of botanical drawing and spend a day exploring them in drawing simple objects. Numbers are limited to 11 participants.

Tea and coffee will be provided during the day, but you will need to bring a packed lunch.

For those with limited mobility, it should be noted that there are steps up to the studio.

Parking is limited so if you are able to car share that would be helpful.

Come join us for the day and immerse yourself in the magical world of botanical drawing.
