Neil Lucas is the owner of Dorset-based Knoll Gardens as well as a recognised authority on ornamental grasses.
Having developed his own planting ethos, based on the principles that work so successfully in nature, he established a charity in 2008 – The Knoll Gardens Foundation – to further test these principles and promote their benefits to the gardener, the garden and its wildlife.
Neil is a member of the RHS Council and a senior RHS judge. He has been awarded ten consecutive RHS Chelsea Gold medals and is also a published author.
